Shar Music June Practice Challenge — Official Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Shar Music June Practice Challenge ("Challenge") is open to all participants who register via the official sign-up form at sharmusic.com. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the registration form on their behalf. By registering, the parent or guardian agrees to these terms and conditions on behalf of the minor and consents to the collection of the minor's information as described in Section 8 (Privacy). Participants under the age of 13 may only enter with verifiable parental consent in compliance with COPPA. Employees of Shar Music and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate or win prizes.

2. Challenge Period: The Challenge runs from June 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025. Weekly entry forms open and close on the following schedule. Week 1 closes June 9 with the winner announced June 10. Week 2 closes June 16 with the winner announced June 17. Week 3 closes June 23 with the winner announced June 24. The Week 4 Final form closes July 6 with the grand prize winner announced July 7.

3. How to Enter: Participants must sign up via the registration form on the June Practice Challenge landing page. To enter each weekly drawing, participants must submit the designated weekly entry form during that week's open window. No purchase is necessary to enter or win weekly prize drawings. Submitting hours or meeting a practice minimum is not required.

4. Prizes: The Week 1 drawing winner will receive one $15 Shar Music gift certificate. The Week 2 drawing winner will receive one $25 Shar Music gift certificate. The Week 3 drawing winner will receive one $50 Shar Music gift certificate. The grand prize drawing winner will receive one $100 Shar Music gift certificate. All participants who submit the Week 4 entry form will receive a 15% discount code for use on a future purchase. Gift certificates have no cash value and are non-transferable. Shar Music reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection: Weekly winners and the grand prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each entry window. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winners will be notified via the email address provided on the weekly submission form.

6. Claiming Prizes: Winners will be contacted by email within 48 hours of the announced winner date. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, Shar Music reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Completion Reward: The 15% discount code will be issued via email to all participants who submit the Week 4 entry form by July 6. The discount code is valid for one-time use and expires July 7, 2027.

8. Privacy: Personal information collected through the sign-up and entry forms will be used solely for the administration of this Challenge and for Shar Music marketing communications. Participants may unsubscribe at any time. Shar Music will not sell or share personal information with third parties. For participants under the age of 13, a parent or guardian must provide verifiable consent in accordance with COPPA prior to the collection of any personal information.

9. General Conditions: Shar Music reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Challenge at any time for any reason. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Shar Music's decisions regarding all aspects of the Challenge are final.

10. Publicity: By entering, participants grant Shar Music permission to use their name and any submitted content (such as social media posts using #SharJuneChallenge) for promotional purposes without further compensation.
