The height adjusting top clamps are provided in sets of 8 (2 each in 4 sizes), and they included some extra "top clamp to chinrest body" screws (only two are used), they did not include even one extra rubber pad for the underside of the selected top clamps. These are prone to fall off when you make a change, and they often get lost. If the chinrest is to loose on the violin, they are also prone to get lost.
The height adjustment clamps can be bought separate from the two chinrests which support them, but loose just one of the rubber feet protectors -- and you have to buy a whole new chinrest. The part should be made available at around $6 per pair.
The chinrests are wonderful, BTW. Several of my students can hold the violin more easily by raising the chinrest higher, and even non-level (with a taller adjuster on the E-string side).
