Sale pricing runs while supplies last. Quantities on some items are limited, and once a discounted item sells out it may not be restocked at the sale price. If there's something you've been waiting on, we'd suggest not leaving it until the last day.
Yes. Orders over $49 shipped to the contiguous 48 states ship free, and that threshold is based on your discounted total. Oversized items are excluded from free shipping, and digital downloads and gift certificates don't count toward the $49 minimum. Expedited options (Next Day and 2 Day) are available at checkout if you order before 12pm ET.
In-stock items ship the next business day when your order is placed by 2pm ET, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Standard shipping typically arrives in 2 to 10 business days depending on your location. Backordered items ship as soon as they arrive. If you're local, you can also choose pickup at our Ann Arbor showroom.
Yes — our 30-Day Guarantee applies to sale purchases, including instruments, bows and outfits. Items returned in like-new condition with original packaging within 30 days receive a full refund or credit; items showing use or wear are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Special orders, installed strings, and opened electronic media can't be returned. Everything is also guaranteed free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year.
