Sturdy fiberglass shell in eight vivid colors, with a tactile brushed feel for the new “woven” options. Comes in: Blue Weave, Red Weave, Black White, White Weave, Purple Weave, Coral, Beige, and Grey.

I have been doing more festival playing...outside in the woods. It is great, but I don't love lugging my heavy case around in the heat. This case has backpack straps, and is super light. It also seems to stay cooler inside the case.
This is a great lightweight case at a very reasonable price. The latches close securely and there’s even double protection built into the shoulder straps.
This case was recommended to me by a local violin teacher because it checks all my boxes: lightweight, protective, separate space for shoulder rest (!!), comfy straps for backpack mode. The only box it no longer checks is good price. (When it was recommended the going price was closer to $150-$160. Then it was out of stock for a very long time. Now the price is over $200, so it may no longer be recommended to the parents of new violin students.) Regardless, I’m very happy I bought it - I love the way it looks, it’s easy to carry and I can imagine it being the last case I ever buy. PS: I got it in “blue weave” because there was a long waiting list for white. I was worried it would be kinda ugly, but it’s actually a very attractive deep-but-not-quite navy color, and the “weave” is a subtle texture. I quite like it.
I had to find a lighter violin case as my old was was getting to heavy for me. The new one is great. I added the side pouch to carry music and it was a simple assembly. Thank you Shar!
This is the best case. I have tried a few and this one is so well made for the price. I brought them for my two sons and my niece! Highly recommended. They are tough and high quality.
