D'Addario Hypoallergenic Clarity Rosin for Violin, Viola, and Cello

A couple of my students had been having problems with rosin's, since they have a lot of allergies. But now we found the solution

My daughters eyes and nose run like a river with regular rosin. This stuff is fabulous! She can play and still see the music! What a find!

I bought Clarity for violin, viola and cello. I play cello. Big mistake. My bows played horribly. Like ice skating on the string. No grip. And the strings were almost gooey. Still cant get rosin out of the bows. Very dissatisfied!!! Be careful if you buy.

This rosin really is hypoallergenic. My eyes don't itch and I don't sneeze anymore! It's great! Totally worth it!

I was pretty excited about getting this rosin. Overall, it is a great rosin that produces a good tone. What happened to me is that when I was performing in an auditorium, no tone would come out. Others that used this rosin in the auditorium had the same problem. The solution was a switch to a different rosin.
Main point is, if you are looking to have a great rosin that you can use in auditions and performances, do not risk it with this one, because you might run into an error like I did with it. Hope this helps.
