Lillo Salerno, a native Italian violinmaker, received his diplomas in violinmaking from Cremona and Mittenwald, prior to working for several well-known restoration workshops. He established his shop in Pforzheim, Germany (Black Forest) in 2005. Salerno is a master maker, but also produces quality workshop violins, violas, and cellos patterned after Stradivari and Guarneri “del Gesu,” all using high-quality oil varnish.

As a previously owned instrument, this instrument may have blemishes, scratches, and other signs of wear. It has passed an inspection and setup process to ensure it is free from defects and in good condition.
