A fine example out of the Roth Workshop, this 1923 VIR is based on a Guarneri del Gesu from 1732 that was loaned to Ernst Heinrich Roth to be meticulously studied and copied. The result is a powerful violin suitable for soloists while offering a captivatingly warm tone.
