Bow Tracker 1/16-1/8

I'm afraid the description did not clearly inform me that this was a TINY bow tracker. It did not fit on the 3/4 size violin of the student
AND
It has a plastic/silicon? coating on it and it was all cracked and broken, revealing the hard metal infrastructure which I could not have put on any wooden instrument.

Choose this bow aid over other bowing aids because of the plastic-coated wire, and thinking for a 3/4 violin a thinner metal frame might be easier to adjust. For 3/4 violin, a few quick/easy adjustments were needed to the all-metal frame to make it fit
but definitely a helpful bowing aid and lightweight. Would have given it 5-stars if installation instructions were included showing which side of the non-symmetrical Bow Tracker goes on which side of the violin (would give a 4.5 rating if were possible). Tip:
the Very Tiny installation picture shows installation with the fingerboard side of the violin nearest you/pointing to you when you install the Bow Tracker. The device may slide a tad if hit by the bow, but well worth the price and happy with this purchase.

Dang doesn't fit my violin got the 4/4 size.. I don't know what I was thinking . Maybe if I can find the packing material I can exchange it , but will 3/4 be too small . Also had to guess where the taller wire went ?? Next to the bridge??. Not really sure
