REVIEW VIDEOS
Alexander Porfiryevich Borodin (12 November 1833 - 27 February 1887) was a Romantic composer and chemist of Georgian-Russian heritage. A prominent member of “The Five”, a group of prominent 19th-century composers who dedicated their efforts towards producing a “uniquely Russian” style of classical composition. Known best for orchestral output, this work ‘Trio in G minor’ for two violins and cello is an example of a lesser recognized piece. An earlier work, the string trio is relatively short as being in one movement, with a theme and a set of eight variations.
This edition contains the violin I part, the violin II part, the cello part and the score. This edition with all parts was edited by Stephanie Preucil and Walter Preucil.
