Charles-Auguste de Beriot - Scene de Ballet, Op. 100 - for Violin and Piano - Barenreiter's Concert Pieces
Quantity:
Scene de Ballet is a popular character piece , ideally suited to bridge the difficult gap between the Accolay concerto and Viotti's concertos No. 22 or 23. It is a great introduction to virtuoso literature with fast scales, arpeggios, double stops, and playing in high positions. The slow cantilenas challenge the student to concentrate on a beautiful sound and phrasing.
