The cello was packaged extremely well and was received in perfect condition. The sound and playability of this cello exceeded expectations. Very easy to play and the sound is wonderful for the price of the instrument. The cello came with a string set different from what was expected and Shar's customer support addressed the issue quickly in a professional manner. My wife and I have been purchasing instruments and related items from Shar for quite some time and always are happy with the quality of the items received and with Shar's customer support.
