A lightweight and feature-rich cello case at a mid-priced level! The sculpted high gloss shell is surprisingly strong, because we added 20% carbon fiber to its fiberglass backbone, increasing strength, yet keeping it light. Smoothly rolling wheels are a great help at the airport or in hallways at music school. Easy to use latches flip out of the way when opening with just the touch of your thumb. Inside, elegant dark gray lining coordinates perfectly with the shell and trim. Firm suspension padding with soft retention pads, clip-style neck and scroll restraints, magnetic closure on the soft cloth bow holders, and an extra large accessory pocket in the top to hold a set of strings and rosin. We've even included a small internal pocket to hold one or two sheet music titles. Backpacking straps and pull handle included. Fits most cello patterns except Montagnana. 4/4 size. Only 7.85 lbs!

This is the third case I ordered. The first one NEVER arrived and customer service NEVER answered any of my questions. Will I get a refund? Will they find the missing case? Who knows. Mark me Dissatisfied Customer.
We bought this case a year ago for our middle/schooler. The coating on the outside has begun to chip off, and now the handle broke while she was carrying it to school. It’s $600+ garbage. So far ZERO response from Shar.
The case itself is nice.
The biggest problem is the latches. If you are not careful closing them, the little piece of metal that actually holds the case close will bend and stop working. This really needs to be updated as well as having a method to fix the existing cases.

For me the case seems to have too little padding. I plan to return it.
