Cecilia Solo Violin Half Cake Rosin

Solo

Cecilia’s long time popular formula focuses on providing maximum projection as well as articulation. It is also forgiving under high bow pressure on the strings without the sound cracking. However, some musicians may find more effort is needed to create sensitivity in soft passages.

A new decade launches a new era for Cremona America. As musicians, ‘true artists’ are consistently searching for something new, something different, a way to speak to the world -- for S.W. Peter Bahng, violinist CEO and Founder of Cremona Rosin, it was that passion that pushed him to bring something unique and special to inspire artists in the pursuit to create their masterpiece.

In 2020, Cremona America rebranded its premium rosin as Cecilia. As both the patron saint of musicians and Peter’s beloved late mother, whose love and support was the inspiration for his success, it is a fitting tribute for a collection that consistently provides the long-lasting, full, rich sound its users have become accustomed to.
