great case
Ordered this case for my daughter because she does not take her cello to school. The original photo was a hinged case, I was pleasantly surprised when this case arrived. (the photo now reflects the case) It was padded all the way around and plush velvet inside the case. The zipper goes around the way around the case and it's nicely made. It has a handle, no shoulder strap, which I prefer since the case is lightweight and on a shoulder it might knock people or things. Very portable and sturdy. Really like it.

Single Bow Case
The velvet inside lining of the inner case is plush and well done. But closing the case as well as opening the case are both difficult to achieve because the two leatherette covered plywood halves do not properly align themselves with its push-button latching system. Shar, you may want to revisit this product to see if you can fine one with a superior constuction and latching system.
