About This Item

This workbook familiarizes young children with common notes on the Treble staff. It explains half, quarter, and eighth note values, and finger numbers in the most approachable way for young children. Beginning with a coloring book, moving through tracing of notes, letters, and finger numbers, the instruction progresses steadily across 32 pages, leading students to identify and write notes, finger numbers, and rests on their own. With little or no written text, the entire book is self-explanatory, all for the student, and there is much freedom for various teaching approaches. Ideal for students 3-5 years old. 32 pages.
