Tomaso Albinoni's Op. 1 trio sonatas are good examples of the sonata da chiesa (church sonata) form. Each one consists of four movements, arranged in a slow-fast-slow-fast pattern. This was typical of Albinoni's day, and often employed by composers like Corelli and J.S. Bach.
This edition includes an organ/keyboard score, two violin parts, and a cello continuo part. Edited by Hans Bergmann, published by Edition Kunzelmann.
