Asked On: 06/11/2017

Hi. It says "slight wear" on this item, but can you be a little more specific?

SHAR Answer:

Hi Paul! Slight wear instruments have been previously owned. Upon their arrival back at SHAR, we make sure to inspect them carefully for damage and do any repair work necessary in order to ensure that they still meet our precise set-up specifications. This instrument will show a small amount of wear and tear; often times there's just a nick on the varnish to indicate previous use. All of our used instruments are carefully evaluated and their wear has no effect on their sound and playability. The exact wear of this instrument will vary depending on inventory availability. If you are not satisfied with the instrument for any reason, you can return for a full refund within 30 days. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us directly at 1-800-248-7427.

It would be a lot more user friendly. Thank you!
