Great Balance
I got this bow as part of my starter cello kit. For the price, I was surprised at how nice the bow felt in the hand- nicely balanced! But the hair on this bow could not be loosened so that it touched the wood of the bow, in fact inches away! The bow has little camber, and I suspect it was haired accordingly, although it may have shrunk a little also in our dry climate.
Teen daughter LOVES this bow!
Great weight, great sound, great price!
Good starter bow
We have the 1/10 size bow and it performs very well - much better than the 1/10 Eastman model 20 cello bow or the 1/8 Eastman model 40 cello bow. The amount of hair on the bow is very good, not too thin. In addition, the hair doesnít get pull out of the ferrule very easily, unlike our Eastman bows which have stretched hair.
Nice Balance
This bow has a nice feel in the hand. I was surprised to get such a good bow for this price.
