Not great
The Heritage cello case looks great in the picture, in in reality its far from it. The backpack straps are nice, but the 100 extra dangling straps and buckles hanging on the back and sides of the case really detract from the overall look and practical use of the case. Not to mention, some of the longer pieces drag on the ground. The top piece of the case doesn't open and close very well and the hinge is showing signs of breaking (with sharp pieces exposed) after not even a year. When the cello is secured in the case, it easily rocks back and forth which makes rolling the case very wobbly. If the price is what you are looking at, I would recommend getting something similar, but not this brand.
Great Case
Great strudy case with tons of pockets and sleeves.

Very disappointed in this case. It does protect well, but it is a monster. It is huge. We bought the 3/4 size for my 9 year old son, he can barely even lift it let alone wear it as a backpack. I am 5'3" and I can barely carry it. The wheels on the bottom hit the back of my legs right at my calves. I live in NYC so we walk everywhere, so it's not practical. It's not a good mobile case. I'm stuck with it, and regret buying it. Check the product dimensions before buying.
Best Case I've Had Yet
This is a wonderful case. I've been playing for over 5 years and by far this is the best case I've had. It came within the promised days in perfect condition. It's a hard case with many, many pockets and handles which makes carrying it easy. The wheels are great and I've had no issues with it so far. The price is great and the backpack straps are holding up really well compared to the other cello cases I've had in the past.
A Wonderful Cello Bag
Hi, I bought this for my full size Samuel Shen cello. I always used a cello bag because the cases are expensive. I also heard some negative comments regarding the hard shell/fiberglasscases. I thought l would break down and buy one because of the price. l was pleasantly surprised. There are several outside compartments to put your music, metronome, and other supplies. Your rosin can fit in the smaller inside compartment. The inside has plush blue fabric. It does contain two bow holders. I wrapped a sock around my bow and then inserted in the bow socket. This would avoid the bow scratching your instrument. I would do this for any case. So far, l like it! Well worth the price. The delivery was very fast. It always is!
amazing case
my last case was falling apart and I needed a replacement quick. This case came in 2 weeks (good for the pandemic) it fits a 4/4 cello perfectly, there is a ton of additional pockets to store odds and ends, music, rosin, etc. I love the lining its soft and has a clastic style. the case is very rugged and I know it will protect my cello. I got this on sale and don't regret a thing, would highly recommend. my last case didn't protect my cello from daily wear and I had to fix 2 tuners that got bent in transport and my bridge needed to be shifted once, I know this will no longer be a problem with this case it is very rigid.
