Best case I've ever owned

This case is so well-designed I actually look forward to packing up my fiddle and heading out. It is truly lightweight without being flimsy. It is well balanced and comfortable to hold, both in my hand and using the well-padded shoulder straps. The fit is snug with no rattling around. It has just enough room for all my essentials (two bows, shoulder rest, tuner, rosin, extra strings, set lists, various little gew-gaws). The standing on end feature is super cool. This will be my main case for all scenarios--can't wait to travel with it. And all for such a reasonable price! Thanks Bam!

a bit disappointed!

The BAM St. Germain Classic 3 is not as spacious as I had hoped. Also, the case won't stay open on its own! It does seem to be made well, but there is not enough space for my shoulder rest in any of the little pockets.

No room!

So donít get me wrong, this case is really cute and has kept my violin safe through multiple collisions, however thereís just not enough space. It is pretty heavy, and my shoulder rest doesnít fit anywhere. There are tiny knobs on the back of the case that make it hurt when you wear it as a backpack. Itís not as light as Iíd like, but Iíve had heavier cases. The main turnoff for me is that thereís no room anywhere unless you have a tiny shoulder rest (like belvelin), but my Everest barely fit, and my bon m˙sica definitely does not fit.
