I have been using an Acoustagrip shoulder rest (Concertmaster Thick) for over a year and have been very happy with its comfort, lightness, and support. The first one that I tried did not stick properly, but Acoustagrip was kind enough to replace it, and I've been satisfied with the new one. I've also been using the smaller versions for several of my students, and they have loved them so far. The Kuns tend to fall off the instrument often, so the Acoustagrip has been a good solution for this common problem.

I have handled 35mm film and fine art for more than 50 years, so I know how to handle things by the edges, as one is implored to do upon receiving this should rest. However, the shoulder rest quickly lost the ability to stick to the back of my viola -- an utterly worthless piece of foam rubber -- don't waste your money on it like I did.

Both of my children have been using AcoustaGrip shoulder rests for about a month - they love them! We have tried many different shoulder rests (Playonair, Kinderchinder, Kun, etc) especially for my very picky 7 yr old, and this is the first one that keeps the violin up in the correct position and is comfortable even during longer practice sessions.
