One of my students is using this, and it isn't any better than nothing. The pressure that the endpin puts on the back of the hole tilts the whole thing up and over. I have a Supersensitive Stoppin', which is equally useless, and I've tried wedging it under the back of the Slip Stop, but then the whole thing slides across the floor. In the end, at her lessons, I've had to put a music stand in front of her endpin, and at home, she uses a stack of books. I don't recommend it.

I've used this rock stop for several years on a variety of floors and it works great. Never slips, and the bright color means I don't forget and leave it.... Or at least, not quite as often. :)
