Is the manufacture'rs model no AMCS55? Manufacturer is Aircell?

Does this strap have the clips at BOTH ends? Or just a clip at one end and a D-ring or something similar at the other end?

How long are these straps? I need straps for a cello case and the ones I have now are adjusted to 42" long
