Returns Instruments purchased using the Shar Flex Plan can be returned at any time. Please call us at 800.248.7427 to arrange for return.
Exchanges You are welcome to upgrade your Flex Plan outfit at anytime for another outfit of different size or greater value. Simply give us a call and we will give you instructions for return, and assist you in placing your new flex plan order. Please note that all Flex Credit accumulated up to that point will roll over and continue to accumulate with your new Flex Plan order. |
