By ordering goods from Shar Products Company, I hereby authorize Russell A. Farrow Ltd. to act as my agent (for customs purposes only) and to transact business with Revenue Canada to clear my merchandise, pay duties and taxes, handle any merchandise returns and file refund claims on my behalf.  

Should a refund of my purchase by approved, I irrevocably authorize Revenue Canada to forward to Russell A. Farrow Ltd., my approved refund of duties and taxes.  I acknowledge that Shar Products Company will be solely responsible for paying to me, my duty and tax refund, if applicable, together with my refund of the purchase price.
