It was love at first bow stroke! This violin just sings with amazing projection and clarity, an exceptionally strong and full bodied low end, with a great balance across all the strings. Although the finish wasn't quite what I expected in a seemingly thick "antiqued" varnish it seemed to perfectly fit the instrument after getting to know it better. It remained strong and clear all the way up the fingerboard, and so easy to play. Passages I used to struggle with on my old violin were suddenly flowing, not to mention the harmonics that ring on forever as well. The Presto Impulse bow was also a delight to use, creating a very responsive and inspiring combination. The case of course is perfectly adequate and I would highly recommend this outfit to anyone looking to advance their playing to a new level. ... (See Full Review)

There will be NO refurbishment fee deducted for normal wear and tear. A depreciation fee will only be deducted if the instrument has had serious damage (cracks, etc.).
