This is a very decent case for an amateur like myself. I only have two complaints. First is that my Wolf shoulder rest does not fit in it. Second is that it is almost too snug. When I first ut my violin in it, the case didn't seem to close unless I pushed down on it, which I was hesitant to do. But it did close and after opening and closing more times, it closes better, if that makes any sense. ... (See Full Review)

Where to start? My first criterion is "fiddle in the middle". I have seen two violins broken because something crushed the end of the case. They would have survived if the body had been away rom the end. It's lightweight at under 4 lbs. Easier on my hands. pressure across the finger bones when carrying things damages the tendons. They corrected the too narrow music pocket, but added a partition near the scroll intended to create a shoulder rest space. This does not work for my Wolfe Primo or Everest unless I leave the lid flipped up within the closed case. I'm thinking of removing the lid. Shoulder rest fit is minor compared to the "fiddle in the middle" protection and the comfort of light weight. ... (See Full Review)
