From the trim, black, nylon canvas cover to the large, sturdy handle, this case is loaded with features. Strong plywood shell as matched fittings throughout. The pinch-style latch is easy to work. Two soft straps are included so you can back-pack your new Heritage® Challenger. Suspension cushioning, string tube, hygrometer and blanket complete the package. Available with red, blue, or graysolid cotton velvet interior. Weighs 5 3/4 lbs.

    good, but skimped on the build quality

    I decided on a case that put the bow spinners over the compartment to avoid the potential of an unsecured bow (spinners can loosen over time) from hitting the violin. That narrowed the options bit. The blanket is cheap and the zipper pulls are chintzy. I'm not sure the tight fit for my violin is a good idea either. I'll stick with it, but I'm not sure I can recommend it. ... (See Full Review)

    Poor Straps

    I have had this case for about three months, and the case, in most respects, is functional. However, the backpack straps break easily, rendering them worthless. Also, the clasp will open by erely tugging the two halves of the case a bit. Storage space is limited, but theres plenty for basic accessories. The hygrometer works well. ... (See Full Review)
