For the MAPLE shoulder rest, select 1370M44. This high shoulder rest features an ergonomic design that fits naturally on your shoulder, and we have found its simple, sculpture-like shape to be very comfortable. The attaching feet are molded out of a single piece of nylon that won't mark or scratch your instrument. And because the foot of the rest is molded plastic, you can avoid the problems of rubber feet that wear out and need replacing or that scuff the varnish on your instrument!

    Back to my Kun

    The Mach One is well-constructed but no matter how I adjust it, it keeps sliding off my shoulder. It just doesn't work for me. Very disappointing. I went back to my Kun.

    Mach One Shoulder Rest falls off

    The shoulder rest is comfortable and light but it will not stay on the violin. I have tried it on several violins and have had the same result. The Kun shoulder rest attachments do not seem o have this problem and I have tried installing the Kun shoulder rest attachment hardware on the Mach One but the screw sizes are different, the Kun screws are a bit smaller and after the Mach One screws are installed the Mach One holes are a little too big. ...
