The CA1 chromatic tuner has a new look with all classic features, and an even wider pitch detection range from A0-C8, ideal for tuning low-register notes. As always, tuning is easy and convenient and the features include a high-precision LCD needle-type meter for stable tuning, calibration from 410-480 Hz to support a variety of concert pitches. Sound Out reference tone from C4-C5, auto power off function and 1/4" input jack.

    Excellent Beginner Tuner

    I use this tuner for my young beginning students, as young as 3 years old. It is very easy to use and accurate enough for this purpose. My favorite tuner for older beginner/intermediate students s the Shar Wide-Range Metro-Tuner (ST204) - It costs the same as this Korg and has the metronome included. For advanced students and myself, I love the Korg KTM40, which is extremely accurate, but a little more expensive than the other two. ... (See Full Review)

    Solid as a rock

    Ive used this tuner professionally for about 15 years...the same one! You DO need to use the optional clip on cord if you tune in noisy settings, but it has performed flawlessly from recording tudios to noisy bars. And it fits in my case! ... (See Full Review)
