    The Voice

    What distinguishes this metronome from others )as far as I know( is the option of the human )synthesized( voice counting out loud - not only 1-2-3, but 1-and-2-and, 1-and -a, 2-and-a etc. For professionals working on difficult subdivisions it is especially helpful, and for students who cant keep track of the number of beats in a measure it is invaluable.The down side of this option is that the sound of the voice is a caricature of your worst nagging martinet of a teacher....Yet my students get a big kick out of it when I bring her out at lessons! ...     DB 90

    I use the DB 90 all the time when I practice. I like the voice option that helps me stay on the beat. I would however recommend the optional AC adapter and not depend on the batteries
