Talk to our Shar Violin Shop specialists face-to-face. If you can’t visit our shop, just Skype us! Use this free software to make free video calls allowing you to see and hear the instruments and bows you’re curious about. We know many teachers who are using this technology to conduct real-time lessons with students from around the world (for more information, please see www.skype.com)
1) Go to the Skype website to signup for this free service: http://www.skype.com/getconnected/
2) Once you have the software downloaded and have setup your own free Skype account, dial “shar.violin.shop” to call us.
3) Choose “Video Call” to talk face-to-face, enabling you to see and hear the instruments and bows being played in real-time by our Shar Violin Shop specialists.
4) We will answer Skype calls during our normal business hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, and Saturday 9am-5pm, EST. If we don’t answer immediately, we’re probably on the line with other customers. You can call our regular toll-free number at 866.742.7270 to schedule a time to Skype, or you can email us at violinshop@sharmusic.com.
