All merchandise purchased from Shar Products has a 30-day unconditional guarantee from the date of purchase except when noted below. |

All defective merchandise purchased from Shar Products is returnable up to one year from purchase except when noted below. |

You may ship your package back to us via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We recommend using trackable and fully insured method. You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless your product is defective or was shipped in error. |

Instruments & Bows
All non-defective instruments or bows are backed by our 30-day money back guarantee. These items must be returned in "as new" condition. Otherwise, repair costs or depreciation due to damage may be charged.
If you have received a damaged or defective instrument or bow, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800.793.4334 between 10am - 6pm EST for a replacement and return instructions. |

Strings
Please inspect your strings immediately upon receipt. Unopened strings may only be returned within 30 days, so that we may supply all our customers with the freshest possible strings. Installed strings are not returnable, unless they break within the first 30 days after purchase. Because the tonal qualities of each instrument are unique, we cannot accept string returns for reasons of tone, including false strings. |

Sheet Music
Sheet music must be returned within 30 days of purchase. A restocking fee of $2.00 will be charged per title returned. Defective sheet music must be returned, for same title only, within 30 days of purchase. The restocking fee will be waived, however, no refunds will be given. |

Media (dvds, cds, vhs, and software)
These items are non-refundable unless defective. If defective, they must be returned within 30 days of purchase for same title replacement only. No refunds will be given. |

Playonair Shoulder Rests

Instruments Parts
All non-installed instrument parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Installed instrument parts are not returnable unless defective. If deemed defective, these parts must be returned within 30 days of installation, for replacement only, up to one year from purchase. |

If your package should arrive damaged, contact our Customer Service Department at 800.793.4334. We will arrange for the carrier to pickup and inspect the package(s). For purposes of returning items back to us, please retain the original packing materials. |

Please call our Customer Service Department at 800.793.4334 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Using this number will help ensure a prompt and accurate credit. |

Fill out the return form on the back of your packing slip. If you do not have your invoice, you can print the online version* of our return form. Complete the information about the item(s) you are returning, the reason for the return, and what you would like in exchange for the item (choose refund or exchange).
*You will need to download this free Acrobat Reader program if you don't already have it on your computer to be able to view/print this form. |

Package the item(s) carefully and with the appropriate padding. Be sure to include the return form with your returned item(s). |

Seal the box well and affix one of the return labels (attached to the return form) to the outside of the box. Fasten the mailing label securely with cellophane tape. |
