Mr. Finkel's bowmaking heritage descends from his great-grandfather, Ewald Weidhaas, a craftsman from the renowned workshop of Victor Fetique. It has passed through the hands of his grandfather, Paul Weidhaas and father, Siegfried Finkel. As a fourth generation bowmaker, Mr. Finkel's devotion to incomparable craftsmanship and the fine traditions of bowmaking have placed him among the world's pre-eminent living makers.
