    Inspiring, educational, and enriching

I recommend this DVD to anyone seeking to learn about the life and artistry of one of the past century's finest cellists, artists, and educators. The performance footage represents the finest ello playing I've heard -a treasure to any cellist -and the offered insight into the career, life, and thoughts of Erling Blondal Bengtsson will enrich the life of any musician. I have shown this DVD to music students both in my cello studio and those majoring in other instruments at the university I teach at. Each showing has been met with much appreciation, enthusiasm, and benefit to those who watch it. A fantastic resource. ... (See Full Review)
